Developer PPC Glomac Sdn Bhd is leveraging on the only freehold land still available in Sungai Buloh for its new upmarket development that will be launched soon.
The project, called “Aman Putri”, is sprawled over 68.39ha of prime freehold land with natural terrain, at the edge of lush tropical palms.
PPC Glomac project advisor Choong Wei Min said Aman Putri, to be launched in January, epitomised wholesome nature living in the Klang Valley.
“As highlighted by property researcher Ho Chin Soon, Aman Putri has been designated as one of the first-tier locations in Chin Soon’s Locational Centre of Gravity map and in his article, Hot Spots of PJ,” said Choong.
The development is designed by award-winning landscape architect Malik Lip & Associates while the homes are designed by NRY Architects. The homes’ interior incorporated nature into the living space that creates a relaxing and contemporary feel.
“One of our selling points is the unique gardens surrounding Aman Putri, where residents get to enjoy 14.5km of shaded walkable and cyclable pathways integrating with a one-of-its-kind linear park.
“Aman Putri will also incorporate gardens and recreational parks with playgrounds for the young, as well as gym-equipped exercise stations every few metres of the pathway.
“The landscaping will be lavish, from modern backlanes to jogging trails, a viewing deck and a meditative garden,” said Choong.
He said the borderless living would appeal to people and the expansive greenery allows children to take walks and cycle on the ‘green’ back lanes to the linear park without the need to cross any main road.
Designed as a guarded community, Choong said it includes options for a SmartHome security alarm system, and security is enhanced with a small number of entry and exit points into the township.
The Aman Putri township will be developed in seven phases of which the first phase will comprise 178 units of two-storey terrace homes of 20’ x 70’ and built-up areas from 1,694 sq ft.
“These terrace houses will be affordably priced for the first-time homebuyer, and also for families looking to upgrade their current homes,” he said, adding that all units are North-South oriented.
For owners who like optimising available space with extensions, there are readily prepared renovation programmes to consider.
“This will be very much a self-contained township where facilities are nearby and convenient, from commercial shopping and restaurants to banks and hospitals such as Putra Medical Centre and Sungai Buloh Hospital.
“Residents are set to benefit from the recent announcement of the two proposed MRT lines starting from Sungai Buloh, and the RM10bil Sungai Buloh township development on the Malaysian Rubber Board land under the 10th Malaysian Plan.
“Aman Putri’s strategic location makes it easily accessible via the North Klang Valley Expressway, Damansara-Puchong Highway and Guthrie Corridor.
“The fact that a KTM station is located minutes away can only mean hassle-free transportation for residents,” said Choong.
PPC Glomac is a joint venture between Pembinaan Punca Cergas Sdn Bhd and Glomac Berhad.
The company is the turnkey contractor for Bandar Sri Permaisuri, Cheras, and has about 20 years of experience in property development.
